Cochran Expands Ownership Group to Strengthen Leadership Continuity and Support Long-Term Growth

Twelve senior leaders join CEO LeeAnn Cochran and President Bill Doran in Cochran ownership group

SEATTLE — Cochran, a privately held electrical and technology contractor founded in 1954, has expanded its ownership group to include 12 leaders from across the company.

Cody Adams, Chrys Burge, Seth Cirrotti-Caruso, John Gennaios, John Gillett, Dan Greshowak, Don Ketz, Jesse Lierman, Brad Morton, Ryan Rabe, James Robinson, and Alan Scott have joined Cochran’s ownership group. Together, they represent leadership across operations, preconstruction, field operations, technology, regional businesses, finance, growth, and corporate functions.

LeeAnn Cochran and Bill Doran remain owners of Cochran, and their leadership positions and responsibilities within the company are not changing. The expanded ownership structure adds leadership depth and broadens the number of people personally accountable for Cochran’s long-term performance while preserving continuity with the company’s more than seventy years of history.
