Cochran provided ECCM electrical services for Maple and Terry Halls on the University of Washington Campus. The project included two eight-story, wood-framed student housing buildings over a below grade, concrete parking garage. The scope of work included design-assist services across BIM development (with a focus on constructability analysis), phasing, telecommunications & data systems, audio-visual solutions, electrical, and emergency power. We provided 3D modeling for the project, beginning our modeling using Revit, but later converting to AutoCAD in order to better coordinate with the mechanical team.
