Target Cedar Mill Project Completed in 2022. 48,375 Square Feet. Project Value 1.7 Million. Project buildout took place in a old Thriftway Grocery Store. Project incldued full switchgear replacement, during height of COVID material delays. PGE required us to replace an onld 1980's era Transformer.; their new guidelines required us to upsize the transformer and move the transformer another foot from the property line fence. We spent 4 months working with PGE, Skanska, and Michaud Cooley Erickson their Electrical Engineer out of Minneapolis on possible locations, routing, etc for the transfomer, since between the building and the transformer was a fire lane that we had to maintain. We worked tirelessly with PGE, Washington County, and Skanska to come up with a plan that would meet all of these requirements. In the end, it was our General Foreman Ryan Richards that came up with a plan that would work for all involved and got the proejct moving again. Without his tireless input and knowlege, Target was looking at running the store for 2 months on a Generator while a new piece of switchgear would of still been on order.
