In just five months, we transformed 16 floors within a 28-story high-rise into a workspace that reflects the innovative spirit of a global technology leader. The 280,000-square-foot renovation demanded rapid execution without compromising the sophisticated integration of multiple building systems. Our familiarity with the building's original infrastructure proved invaluable as we implemented new solutions throughout the space. We designed power and lighting systems to support an open office concept that prioritizes flexibility—essential for a company known for rapid growth and evolution. The two-floor conferencing center showcases our ability to integrate complex audio-visual and security systems while maintaining aesthetic elegance. Our team's deep expertise in Virtual Design Construction (VDC) enabled us to coordinate intricate system installations efficiently across multiple floors. We implemented emergency power solutions and generators to ensure continuous operations for critical systems.
