Cochran, along with Howard S Wright, Yost Grube Hall Architecture, Uncommon Cabinetry, and Don Herbst Painting is donating labor and materials for the renovation of the CourtCare facility in the Historic Multnomah County Courthouse.
CourtCare is a no-cost childcare center that serves parents that must bring their children with them to court.

Cochran provided Electrical Design/Build responsibilities on the tenant improvement build-out of the Chinook Office Building Project. The new 296,000 square foot Chinook Building, located on Goat Hill, features a 13-story office building, with a day care center and retail space on the main level and two levels of below grade parking containing 87 stalls.
