The definition of a data center has changed dramatically over the
last 10 years. Today, a data center can mean anything from a small room within
an office building to a large facility with extensive power, reliability, generators,
UPS, security and other specialty systems. Power requirements have increased over
the years, and will continue to increase into the future. Data centers can require up
to ten times more energy than commercial office space and must be designed to
provide for high line and low line power infrastructures, backup power for
disaster recovery, and adequate heating and cooling systems.
Our experience with data centers spans the entire range of complexity.
We have provided design, construction and
commissioning services for web hosting facilities and corporate data centers of all sizes.
We continue to support our customers with a range of services, from 24 x 7 on-site
support, to facility management, periodic maintenance, and risk assessment.
Please see our Portfolio
section for representative examples of our data center experience.
