Biotechnology and laboratory facilities have specific needs, with power requirements for specialty equipment, stringent lighting requirements and specialized dedicated spaces. The facilities themselves can range from small biology laboratories to complex biocontainment facilities. Within these parameters, each laboratory may have its own requirements, from unique HVAC, electrical and mechanical systems, to water handling, animal containment facilities and clean room environments.
In support of the industry and to ensure we remain abreast of developments and technologies that may impact the planning and provision of our services, Cochran is a member of the Washington Biotechnology and Biomedical Association.
