We provided electrical, security, distributed antenna, nurse call, audio visual, and communications for two hospital wings, a medical office building, and a 60,000-square foot central utility plant. An aggressive schedule mandated significant trade coordination, including extensive collaboration, pull planning, prefabrication, and other lean construction techniques.
We provided the design and installation of a neutral host DAS including four carrier inputs to cover 600,000 square feet of building space.
Our security team installed an IP-based Lenel access control system.
Having built a 3D model of the facility in Revit, we created bend sheets to prefabricate the feeder conduit. Cochran was able to reduce the feeder conduit task duration by 50% to help drive the schedule and install the feeder conduit in record time.
