Bellevue Place
Provided design/build services for this mixed use project consisting of the
Corner Building, a 6-story office building with 5 levels of parking and
retail spaces, the Hyatt Regency Hotel, a 24-floor, 280-room hotel with
meeting rooms, kitchens, and dining room, a 21-story office building, and
a 4-story atrium.

Carillon Point
Carillon Point is a 31-acre mixed-use waterfront community that combines retail
shops, restaurants, the Woodmark Hotel, offices and housing. The project
totaled 800,000 square feet including plaza, esplanade and garden areas and
was completed on a fast-track schedule.

Pioneer Place
A four block mixed-use development including below grade parking, a
4 story retail pavilion and a 16 story 329,000-square-foot high-rise
office tower. The 242,000-square-foot pavilion houses 90 upscale
retail tenants and restaurants surrounding a skylight enclosed
glass atrium.
