Cochran provided design/build services for the renovation of this 112,000 square foot, 5-story historical landmark building that houses a genetic research laboratory. The facility includes offices, labs, vivarium, conference center and 2 additional stories of underground parking. Scope of work included emergency generator and UPS systems for highly sensitive long time duration experiments.
