Portfolio: Ziba Headquarters

Ziba Design’s new corporate headquarters in Portland’s Pearl District provided Cochran Security with a great opportunity. Ziba Design, an internationally recognized design consultancy, pushed our team to provide a state of the art security system while meeting specific targets for fit, function, and cost. The challenges included integrating access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and the audio/visual system, designing a network video recorder for multiple applications, and providing for future building tenants within the allocated budget.

The end result of Cochran’s work allows Ziba’s IT team to monitor over 20 doors of access control along with all relevant video, including specific video clips ties to each door event. Ziba is also able to download editable MPEG 4 audio-video clips from their focus group facilities for use in client presentations. Having a single Technologies team for their project allowed Ziba to collaborate with Cochran on multiple levels all while staying on time and on budget.
