Cochran provided electrical services for this complete interior demolition and restoration of an existing historical brick building in Seattle’s International District. Cochran’s scope of work included a new 1,200 amp 277-480 volt service, extensive museum quality lighting, dimming and lighting controls, theater lighting systems, electrical support for HVAC, HVAC controls, building management controls, elevator wiring, Fire Alarm System installation, and extensive rough-in for Audio/Visual and Low Voltage Systems.

Due to the complex and sensitive nature of this refurbishment, Cochran’s General Foreman worked hand-in-hand with the architect and electric engineer to find and facilitate quick solutions to the many issues that arose related to installing electrical systems in areas where the building’s façade and other historical details needed to remain intact.
