Portfolio: West Campus - (Buildings 94, 95, 96, 97, 98)

Cochran has worked in all of the West Campus buildings, from complete Design/Build Electrical services and Design/Assist Audio/Visual services in buildings 96 & 97, to Design/Assist Security services in buildings 94 through 98.

Our Audio/Visual work included systems for multiple conference rooms, multi-media rooms, multi- purpose rooms, digital signage, HD surround sound theater, & BGM systems in buildings 96 & 97.

Our Electrical work included the extensive use of 3D Modeling to help drive the schedule while designing and installing systems for Cochran’s Design/Build Electrical services provided for extensive power demands by the user group slated to take over the space including dedicated power circuits to each office mod and additional transformers and panels. Cochran was the first electrical contractor to design and installed raised floors for these corporate campuses and continued to gain experience with this project as well. Buildings 96 & 97 were built concurrently with a 3 month stagger in the aggressive schedule and extensive 3D Modeling was used to help streamline the installation and facilitate the project schedule.
