Cochran performed Design/Build electrical services for this 22,000 square foot high-end tenant improvement in the Bank of America Fifth Avenue Building in Downtown Seattle. The project consisted of extensive lighting, fire alarm, HVAC, building management, and UPS and generator distribution management.
