Portfolio: Stadium Innovation Center

Cochran was hired by SODO Builders to install all electrical, security, and communications wiring and systems on the shell and core of this 174,000 square foot commercial mixed-use building. This was the first of a three-building campus that will ultimately total nearly 470,000 rentable square feet. Cochran was also responsible for the design build electrical, fire alarm and security work on a complex data center for a large Seattle-based company which takes up nearly half of one of the three tenant floors. Due to challenges presented by the building’s waterfront location, where the soil consists of fill on old tide flats, Cochran teams had to use their diverse expertise and creativity while installing the underground conduit system in order to avoid the network of added structural elements.
