Portfolio: Roosevelt Square

Cochran provided design/build services for this two and half story urban retail center in the University area of Seattle. In addition to providing design and construction for the core and shell, parking garage and site work, we also performed the design and construction of the Bartell’s drug store as well as the lighting remodel for the Dania Furniture store. Scope of work included power, interior and exterior lighting, site utility, fire alarm and telecommunications and data.
