Corporate headquarters and manufacturing facility consisting of 14 buildings, of which 2 were existing and considered historical landmarks. These 2 buildings required special handling from the design standpoint to make them fully functional without altering their appearance. There are 280,000 square feet of building space and 414,000 square feet of parking and circulation areas. Scope of work included diesel generator for emergency/stand-by power, clean rooms, production/assembly rooms, office areas, research and testing facilities, security systems as well as general power and lighting.
