Cochran provided construction services for this 490,000 square facility that opened its doors in 1990. Located on a 17-block site on the city’s inner east side, the project included 14 meeting rooms, 5 exhibition halls and a large catering kitchen. Hosting more than 5,000 events since 1990, it is recognized as a landmark on the Portland skyline.
