Cochran provided the lab construction and electrical infrastructure buildout for the 4-story, 140,000 square foot biotechnology laboratory and office. The facility included ISO 9 clean rooms and a data center, in addition to laboratory, office, and common areas, and support facilities. There are also three floors of below-grade parking. The project was on a fast-track schedule and completed within a 6-month timeframe.
