Cochran provided A/V, Security, and Communications services for this 700,000 sqft TI involving 13 floors within the Lincoln Square Tower. The tenant took possession of each floor on a phased schedule which necessitated working with the tenant’s commissioning team while continuing the construction process on unfinished floors. Work included conference rooms, multipurpose rooms, branding monitors, structured cabling, and access control and monitoring.
