Portfolio: King Street Center

Cochran provided design/build services for the King Street Center, an eight-story, 350,000 square foot office building with 15,000 square feet of ground floor retail space and three levels of below-grade parking. The project included shell and core and tenant improvement.

The King Street Center is registered with the U.S. Green Building Council Green Building Rating System at the “Certified” level. The building features state of the art controls for HVAC operation, computer controlled lighting system, daylight perimeter light dimming system, occupancy sensors, a rainwater harvest collection system, recycled-content building materials, and is an Energy Star rated building.
