Portfolio: Group Health Medical Center

Cochran provided electrical construction services for this new $77 million medical center, which is Group Health’s new headquarters building. The building consists of five stories of below-grade parking and five stories of above-grade medical office space for physicians in primary care and 20 specialties as well as clinical space, including diagnostic imaging, operating rooms, emergency care facilities, oncology services, and operating rooms. The facility is connected to Overlake Hospital Medical Center, which remained operational throughout construction. Specialty systems include Fire Alarm, Nurse Call, Distributed Antenna Systems, and Data/Comm.
