Cochran provided Design/Build electrical services for this 264,000 square foot Office Building Tenant Improvement. This was a Silver rated LEED construction project. The Concrete Strike of 2007 made the Shell & Core fall significantly behind schedule and the Tenant Improvement portion of the project was required to compensate for the delay and get the project back on schedule. Cochran successfully collaborated with the Shell & Core Electrical contractor, in order to facilitate a seamless transition between the Shell & Core and the Tenant Improvement work.
