Cochran performed design/build services for the tenant improvement of Quadrant Lake Union Center’s Parkview and Waterside buildings for this high tech image management firm. The scope of work included over 176,000 square feet, general power, lighting, UPS system, standby generator and voice/data communications. This project was the second T.I. that Cochran completed at Quadrant Lake Union Center; the first was Adobe Systems.
