When constructed, the Columbia Tower became the tallest building west of the Mississippi River and north of Houston, and at 76 stories, it is still one of the tallest buildings in the United States. Cochran provided design/build services for this landmark office building, including 7 levels of underground parking and 3 levels of retail space. Scope of work included lighting, power, emergency and standby power generation and fire alarm.
