Portfolio: Carillon Point

Carillon Point is a 31-acre mixed-use waterfront community that combines retail shops, restaurants, the Woodmark Hotel, offices and housing . The project totaled 800,000 square feet including plaza, esplanade and garden areas and was completed on a fast-track schedule. Scope of work included general power and lighting, fire alarm, telecommunications and security and access control.
