Cochran in conjunction with Coffman Engineers provided electrical Design/Build services for this tenant improvement project consisting of two new high-rise office towers in downtown Bellevue, Washington. Phase I was 13 floors and Phases II was 23 floors for a total of 750,000 square feet of leased space. The two office towers are part of a multi-building complex with a common underground garage and retail area. The buildings include a café, cafeteria, and full catering kitchen along with multi-purpose rooms, conference rooms, and teaming areas. Cochran also designed and installed Access Control, Intrusion/Alarm Monitoring, and Closed Circuit Video Surveillance. The total system includes nearly 160 card reader devices, and approximately 200 cameras with several alarm monitoring devices and systems.
