Portfolio: Bellevue Towers

Cochran provided Design/Build services for the Core & Shell of these 1.3 million square foot new construction high-rise mixed-use buildings in downtown Bellevue. Construction consisted of one 43-story tower and one 42-story tower with 900,000 square feet of residential space and 400,000 square feet of common space which is aiming for LEED Gold certification. The two towers were constructed simultaneously, requiring Cochran’s crews to work throughout both buildings at the same time. Cochran has provided Electrical, Security, and Communications services for these buildings, and is now providing Special Project and Service support for the tenants of the building.
