Cochran Special Projects provided electrical construction services for this 20,000 square foot new tilt-up building to be used as a vault for Bank of America. Our scope of work included installation of a new electrical service, generator, UPS, power distribution, and lighting for the facility. This building was built to LEED standards using the latest in energy saving lighting controls. This was also a critical facility for the bank, requiring stringent testing and commissioning standards to ensure proper operation by the turnover date. Cochran and the other team members on the project had performed numerous critical facilities projects for the bank in the past and worked together effectively to delivery the project on time and to the bank’s high standards.
