Cochran constructed this 300,000 sqft campus and has subsequently remained in the building performing electrical, communications, and security maintenance, renovations, tenant improvements, and upgrades for more than 10 years.

Some examples of the types of projects we have completed include: A 72 office build-out of private offices including power, lighting, telecommunications, and fire alarm systems. The Adobe Café Renovation requiring new lighting, lighting controls, power, power distribution, telecommunications, Fire Alarm, and Audio/Visual rough-in. Adobe “U” Conference rooms, including 3 large capacity conference rooms requiring lighting, telecommunications, fire alarm, and extensive conduit installation for audio/visual systems.

Aside from larger projects like these, Cochran also maintains Adobes electrical infrastructure performing moves, adds, and changes in Adobe’s data center, multiple labs, and office spaces and responding to emergency and routine service calls whenever necessary.
