Portfolio: 50 Building Wireless

Cochran was contracted to design and install building wireless amplification infrastructure to provide 95% communications coverage throughout 50 corporate buildings. The schedule was very aggressive with completion of one building every two weeks. Cochran managed the project with innovative training, standards implementation, and detailed project management and was able to finish the project 6 months ahead of schedule while incorporating an additional 6 buildings not in the original scope of work and saving 20% on the overall labor forecast; coming in under budget on this GMP project. Work was almost universally performed in occupied spaces, requiring our work crews to minimize noise, visual, and environmental disruptions to alleviate any impact to the customer.
