Portfolio: 2100 Building

Cochran provided design/build services for the 3-story, 101,000 square foot building housing primary tenants Treehouse and YMCA. The building consisted of office space, meeting rooms, a service kitchen, board room, underground parking, and retail space for Treehouse’s Warehouse program. The buiding’s lighting system was designed under the new Seattle Energy Code utilizing the Lighting Control and Design (LC&D) system to meet code requirements. The security system for the building was specially developed, incorporating a seamlessly integrated access control, intrusion and closed circuit TV system, for use within a multi-tenant, multi-use environment.
