Cochran provided Design/Build responsibilities on the tenant improvement build-out of the Chinook Office Building Project. The new 296,000 square foot Chinook Building, located on Goat Hill, features a 13-story office building, with a day care center and retail space on the main level and two levels of below grade parking containing 87 stalls.
Electrical Construction & Maintenance magazine ranked Cochran 43rd in their 2007 Top 50 Electrical Contractor’s Listing. Cochran was the only electrical contractor for the state of Washington ranked in the top 50.
