May 27, 2008 (Seattle, WA) – Cochran, Inc. is pleased to announce that the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC) and the ASTRA Women's Business Alliance has now certified Cochran, Inc. as a Women's Business Enterprise (WBE) as of May 20, 2008. This national certification verifies that Cochran is a women-owned organization and meets the strict WBENC requirements for certification.
