an approximately 230,000 square foot, 6-story grandstand structure,
adjacent to the dirt and turf track.

Seahawks Stadium
Cochran provided design/build services for the 760 foot long, 210,000
square foot world-class football/soccer stadium. The
open-air facility includes a 72,000-seat capacity (including 7,000 club seats and
84 suites) and provides 70 percent of the fans with roof protection.

"Equally impressive was the safety record of Cochran on this project (5th & Jackson Building,
Seattle, WA). Checking the project records, we cannot find any safety violations or
citations. Cochran was religious on this project in holding jobsite safety meetings, doing
site walks to identify safety concerns and having representation at Lewis’ safety
meetings . . . This attention to detail is one of the many examples of being a team
