	Zymogenetics Cochran provided design/build services for the renovation of this 112,000 square foot, 5-story historical landmark building that houses a genetic research laboratory. Click here for more.
	Institute for Quantitative Systems Biology- Rosen Building Cochran provided design/build services for the renovation of this 1922 concrete warehouse in downtown Seattle into a 4-story molecular analysis laboratory for the University of Washington Medical School. Click here for more.
	Merck-Rosetta Facility Fit-Out Cochran provided the lab construction and electrical infrastructure buildout for the 4-story, 140,000 square foot biotechnology laboratory and office. The facility included ISO 9 clean rooms and a data center, in addition to laboratory, office, and common areas, and support facilities. There are also three floors of below-grade parking. The project was on a fast-track schedule and completed within a 6-month timeframe. Click here for more.
	9th & Stewart Life Sciences Building Cochran provided construction services for Corixa's new headquarters at the Ninth & Stewart Life Sciences Building. The scope of work for the 11-story biotechnology building included, lab space, cold rooms, fume hoods, hazardous material storage areas, generator backed emergency power, UPS system, and fire alarm/life safety system.
