MYCOCHRAN | Cochran Safety First Program

The safety incentive program is an awards program exclusively for Cochran, Inc. employees. Safety Dollars are earned through exercising safe work practices and by achieving accident free performance.

Each employee is eligible to earn Safety Dollars after working 80 hours accident free. Safety bucks are paid out monthly. If a job has no time loss injuries, each person on the job receives 4 safety dollars. If the job has no injuries that require medical attention resulting in an L&I claim, each person on the job receives 2 bonus safety dollars. If the job does experience a time loss injury, no one on the job receives Safety Dollars for that month. Safety Dollars can be accumulated and used to purchase award merchandise from the safety incentive catalog.

Note:

• The Safety Incentive Program is for Cochran employees only.
• Award merchandise can only be purchased with Safety Dollars earned through safe on the job performance.
• Full payment in Safety Dollars must accompany each order.
• No fax, e-mail or Internet orders will be accepted.
